Is there a web-site I can use to verify an NNX is local to my switch?
Also, I must be having a Geez factor day.
Can anyone tell me the tables I need to modify to allow a new nnx to my local calling?

I don't know about the website, I'd check with your circuit provider for updated info.

The tables you're looking for are the ars analysis tables.

8 7 7 2 hnpa n
811 3 3 1 svcl n
9 7 7 2 hnpa n

In my case 7 digit calls are allowed, the 10 digit calls are the non-toll area codes.

You can try this site:

Are you talking about change ars analysis x?

Being a Brit, who does not get the North American dialplan, can someone tell me what an NNX is please?
I'm trying to understand how you guys work your ars plans.

Speak softly and carry a big switch

I use this website to confirm NPA/NXX combinations.

NPA = Numbering Plan Administration aka Area Code
NXX = Network Numbering Exchange aka Central Office Exchange aka Prefix.

You can have it all. You just can't have it all at once.
