New Model for Access 2013???

I just quickly reviewed an article on the intro to MS Access 2013 (

If I read this correctly, Access is to become a web development environment. Queries, forms, et al are to be stored in Sharepoint with data housed in Sql Server. The sum total of the description suggests that the desktop application is to be gone.

Has anyone else looked at this? Am I missing something? everything?
