Dear all,

we are Testing a new Device (DT5000) as a successor for the MC40. The Device has a Resolution of 720x1280. We were able to install the CAL and load the Workstation as a MC40 Workstation.
When we start the OPS we get an error because of the Resolution. We only uses UserOps and also added the new Resolution in the SystemOps.
Does anyone know where micros check the Resolution when starting up the ops?

Running windows? Try setting it to a win 32 device, Not a handheld. And have a 720x1280 display option in your OpsDisplayUser.cfg file.
Not sure if this will work with this device but that's what i would try.

We already tried this, but it does not work.
We think that in the SystemOps are a "List" or something else with the supported resolutions but we don't know.

Did you look in the OpsDisplayUser.cfg? Thats where the resolutions are supplied.
