New MICS 6.1 and New T7310's "1" on display and set busy 2

So far this system has been up for 3 weeks. During that period, 3 phones, each on different days have locked up. The display is left with a 1 on the right side of the LED. The real kicker is that it just happened to the bosses set!
rebooting the set doesn't seem to fix it. I had to go to maint. and disable and re-enable. I will try a reboot. I am curious if anyone else has experienced this?

Are you talking about a M7310? or a T7310? I have never heard of a T7310... Check the release, some earlier M7xxx series phones do not work with BCM, but it's very-very rare to find that.

I just had the same trouble today. CICS 6.1 w/Global card no VM, installed under two weeks ago. T7208 had a "1" stuck on the display but otherwise the set seems to work fine. Unpluging the set did not clear the problem. The set showed busy (it was idle) in maintenance and I disabled the set and then enabled the set. It is clear for now.
