I've Googled this topic and checked the MS Knowledge Base, but I can't find any info on how to fix this, so hopefully someone on this board knows the answer...
We use Exchange 2003 and Outlook XP (2002). When you open a new mail message in Outlook, the main Outlook program remains in the foreground...so the new message is either opening "behind" Outlook, or it's opening minimized. So in order to see your new message, you first have to minimize Outlook.
Obviously this isn't the end of the world, but it is kind of annoying, and several people here keep asking me how to fix it.
Anyone else seen this, or know how to fix it?
