New Message First Old Message First 1

Hello - Is this a global setting on MM? Or can this be set by each user as far as getting their VM messages. Some want the old first others want the new first? Thanks Much!

It can be set per user. Either in Subscriber Options or if you have the MSS in the Subscriber Management screen

If you have the MSS go to Subscriber Management and put in the mailbox. There is a section towards the bottom called Mailbox Features. Look at the TUI Message Order. This should allow you to change the order. Also if you run the Subscriber Options for the mailbox on the Telephone Access Tab you can change the Mailbox Sorting order.

Also when you add a user in the MSS you can specify the TUI Message Order.
