New menu, new problems

I have started a new menu for a new shift (brunch) on the Aloha POS. The problems are slowly being worked out, but the biggest problem is that some`checks are not shared by the bartenders as they normally would be and that when drinks are rung in by the bartender, they print out on the service bar printer.

Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated, as these are nagging issues.

I believe this has to do with the print group settings when you set up the menu. I think the print group settings in menu setup override the print group set up in item maintenance.
 
Set the printer override on the bartender menu to reroute from the service bar printer group to none. Obviously this means the bartenders get their own menu. You will have to set this menu as active for the bartenders using events...

There are many ways to handle the printer reroute but that is probably what is causing this. The other methods are done in events and would not be affected by a new menu.
