When the user goes into GroupWise 5.5 for the first time their new mail doesn't appear in bold until they switch folders and go back. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks
 
Is this problem specific to one user or is it happening to all users? If it is specific to one user, does it also happen if they load GroupWise from another PC?
