New Mail + Opens in edit mode

Hi there,

Using Domino server 4.6.6b (old but it works grand)
Has Groupshield 5.0 installed

This has happened a few times in the past week or so.

A user receives an e-mail and when they open it, it opens directly in edit mode?

It does not happen to everyone nor does it happen all the time to the users it affects.

Any ideas why this is happening
