We have a couple of role-based mailboxes. These are things like Helpdesk, Security Manager, Webmaster, Postmaster, etc. These are assigned based on role because multiple people do to the work.
The situation is that Sandi, our Security Manager, needs to get a pop-up notification when Security Manager gets a new message. We tried making Security Manager her primary profile, but then every message she sends goes our from Security Manager. This isn't an acceptable solution.
Has anyone else seen a solution for this?
