I have 2 users whose "new mail" goes directly to the trash instead of the mailbox.
I have installed groupwise 8 with sp3. After migration from 7.04 to 8's happening to this in 3 boxes.
check the junk mail settings, delete all the rules.
how I can fix it??

Are you saying that you have already checked the junk mail settings and checked the rules that may have been set up. That would be a first step.

What about running a GWCHECK on their mailboxes?

Was it client migration or back-end migration at the same time?

Any correlation between the affected users all having Windows 7 while others are on older O.S.???

Hi Goombawaho.

I checked the spam and there is no mail as spam.
The box has no set rule, and not select any.

The GWCheck returns the result that everything is ok.

The migration was complete, we moved the server 7.04 to GW 8 HP3

In the terminals of the users concerned I have Windows XP. And the other ones.

Also check with the groupwise client with 8 7.04 and HP3

Gracias Goombawaho.

Saludos

Thanks Goombawaho.
I could finally solve 1 week ago.
It turns out that for these 3 accounts as I said the post, had set the pop3 in some mobile devices.
The solution I found was, unconfigure those boxes for 1 week.
Change the password for each.
And after 1 week, reconfigure accounts to mobile devices, but through imap.

Thanks for all.

regards
