New mail being deleted

Hi,

I'm having a strange Outlook 2003 \ exchange issue.

This is only happening to one user.

when this user recives a new mail - it comes into the inbox, is recived on his Blackberry (using BES 4.1)

Then somehow it is automaticaly deleated and moved to the deleated items folder.

If i copy it back out of there and put it back into the inbox it stays there.

I have checked all rules set up and there are none. His out of office if off and has no rules.

There are no rules set up on his Blackberry.

The PC is fully patched and is XP SP3 with office 2003

The server is Exchange 2003 SP2

This happens even if i close down Outlook and use OWA, which makes me think it's a exchange issue (or a server side rule).

There are no error logs on the exchange server.

Any Ideas?

Have you rebooted the BES?

HI Zbnet,

It apears to have been the users Blackberry.

I have rebooted the bes - no joy

Restarted their Devices and all apears OK Now - very strange
