I have just added two new LS lines to our "remote" office. but they will not hit the auto attendant (MMail R3)at the main office across the T1 tie lines. I have six other lines at the remote office that work fine. but the two new lines only go to voice mail (ext 200). I placed them in the same pool (70)with the other six. Still no good. Is this a non-local issue of some sort? Any help is good.

The way that this is usually done across networked Legends/Magix is as follows:
1) At the remote site create a phantom nonlocal udp extension (something like 500).
2) Assign the lines at the remote site to ring to a calling group locally with the one member of the calling group being the phantom just created (500).
3) Place 500 in its own route and strip all 3 digits before going out across the network.
4) Insert the digits of the calling group for vm at the main site.
