I want my users to select the line they want to delete or for my code to do that for them. Except, what throws the users out is the *new line* for input that if you select and try to delete you cannot. I don't it won't it to be shown unless I want it there, I include a picture of the new line in relation to the data.

I am trying to get my code to delete only the empty named records, but with this line that is totally empty is messing it up. I don't want it to a record unless I click save.

hope you can help

The new record line is standard behavior for a continuous form when AllowAdditions Property is set to Yes. To get rid of it, you'll have to set the property to No. This means when you'll have to write code for a command button to set the property back to Yes whenyour users need to add a record, then reset it to No again when done. Seems like a lot of trouble because your users get "confused" by a blank record at the bottom of the form. Exctrly how does this confusethem?
