I just added a new line to my KSU (ox32)
Basically, I terminated the new line into the switch using the same port as the old line i took out. Now i need to figure out how to get the system to see this line as well as how to input the number. Thanks in advance.

My previous line 1(7567) was connected on port 201. I no longer use that number so I took the new number (8885) and cross connected to the pairs that were previously used by the old number 1(7567). Now when I show line 1, it still shows old line number (7567). How do I get the system to recognize the new number? Desperate for help!

I am not clear what the exact nature of your situation is, but if you mean that the display label which appears when you select the line needs to change, then to change the line name you have to entering the KSU programming:

Feature**266344
Enter Password
Terminals and Sets (Next)
Lines (show)
Enter the 3 digit identifier for the line (if not sure, start with 001)
(Show)
(Change)
Enter the new text/numbers you want to have appear
(Release)

However this assumes you have POTS and you are literally just changing the cross connect. If you are dealing with a PRI, DiD, etc. that is a whole different issue.
