new laptop, new customer, old problem

Hi
i have a problem that i solved a while ago and forget how
i'm taking over a new customer and want to change a few things and can't
one of them is IP phone registration password
I cannot get the Telephony resources option page for IP sets to populate
Haven't needed to do this in a while
i don't think its a element manager version, but not entirely sure
my win 10 machine doesn't have java on it
my win07 does, under installed version is says 1.8.0_151
any insight would be appreciated

Yo RR

Java might be your issue.
Remember when Java is updated or newly installed to remove those MD5 references in the java.security file using notepad ran as administrator mode.
