My company was just verbally "awarded" a project in a county in New Jersey. This county assumed that we had a contract with the state, which we do not. This contract would allow the county to award us the project without going through the bid process. Now we are in serious jeopardy of losing this project to a competitor that does have a state contract. Does anyone out there have any familiarity with such a New Jersey Contract. I would hate to lose this project. Thanks
