Hi All,

We have CS1kM SG working with SCCS5.0 call center enviroment.
The company purchased a new IVR MPS 500 system. I recived 3 LSE1 cards and a couple of license keys (PBX and CCT5).
Can any one explain how this will work as i never interfaced with an IVR before? what is the configuration needed in the PBX and SCCS?

I'm a little foggy on the details as it has been a couple of years since I maintained one of these, but the IVR ports were configured as ACD agents for routing purposes, that were acquired by Genesys. We would run scripts on the Periphonics IVR to log the ports in and ready them for calls. The IVR was behind the PBX, so calls were routed over the lineside T1's to the IVR, then out to specific skill sets. In the event the IVR's went down, the PBX would route via the CDN. I know this is high level, but shoulg get you going in the right direction.

You mean you didn't purchase Installation with the IVR? Thats strange.

Did your company send you to school for the IVR? as there is more to it then just connecting a few wires.
