New Installation

I just installed 2010 on a member server. When I try to open the EMC I get:
[exchange2010.XXX.com] Processing data from remote server failed with the following error message. The user XXX\Administrator isn't assigned to any management roles.

The administrator is in the Exchange organization Administrators group.

I do not see that issue on my server. I have the admin as part of the group and it doesn't look that the link you gave me.
