New installation - Any Words of Wisdom?

We will be installing eQuality Balance 6.5 within the next 6 weeks. We have 3 separate Call Center areas, located in one physical building with an Avaya CM1.3 PBX (with EAS). Does anyone have any words of wisdom or advice that they'd like to share as we prepare for this implementation?

yeah. dont let avaya install it. we are going on a year and we still have problems
 
Make sure you keep your server admin nearby. We didn't set up the eadmin LAN account as an administrator, so we had to pull the admin in several times to grant full control rights to the eadmin log-in on several occasions.

Hopefully you've sent someone to Georgia for the four-day training course, as this will come in very handy during the install and setup.
 
If you are doing a 6.5 install, you may as well do the 7.6 version. This is the newest Balance version, it was made to incorporate functionality with Blue Pumpkin. Even if you don't have blue Pumpkin, it won't be long til Witness wants everyone to go to 7.6
