New Installation 6.2

I am trying to load HP Openview 6.2 onto a new pc with the following results.I get 2 errors,the first is ovrequestd.exe is not running due to errors and alos when i try to put in the liciense i get an error that jrew.exe also has an error.On top of all that the alarm browser doesnt work.Would appreciate any help.

More info would be helpful.

i.e. O/S, configuration, has it worked before, are there any differences, and is this a new version or firs time installing it.
