New install with PRI

Make sure you configure your target lines with the proper received digits from the telco and assign them to the proper sets. Also make sure that you have the clocking on one of the PRI's set to Primary, the other to secondary, and configure the appropriate PRI protocol (such as N12, DMS100, etc).
