Just have 2 questions
On a new system we have assigned a park button on the sets. The codes when you auto park a call come up as 00 or 01 I think from what I see. Can anyone confirm what the sequence is ???
Second question- Our extensions are in the 200 range-The client want us to set up 3 hunt groups so that calls can be sent to parts-service and sales. Can I use 300-400 and 500 as the hunt group numbers-or are there fixed numbers we need to use ???
