New install of PBXUnified get Application not found when trying to connect to NCP500 1

I have a new laptop and have installed the PBX Unified program V7.8.2.1
Whan opening a back up or connecting directly to an NCP 500 I get the error message Application not Found
When I search in the about field I can see that it is installed
Please any Ideas on this would be gratefully appreciated

When error message "Application not found" is displayed , install "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package".
