New Install of CE10 - Parameter page blank

Hi to all forum members,

I have just setup a install of CE10 on a dedicated host, I have found that after publishing a report with parameters; i go in to the parameters page in CMC and it is blank, I am not able to control any of them or there defualt values. However I can see they exist and change them if I go to Schedule the report.

I have a test machine here that had been installed indentical to the dedicated host, I can see the default parameters in the process, parameters page.

Is there any reason this should happen, any pointers would be great.
