New Install, master rights

Hello,

I recently installed GoldMine 6.0. I added one user account during installation from my pc.

In the contact set database window when I try to delete a database I get the message: You do not have security clearance to delete this contact set.

Under File, Configure, user settings button is not there. How do I set user permissions?

Is there a default account that has master rights?
