New Install - Howto integrate MAS/MSS with CM3.1

I have a new install which I am doing myself. I have the phone section of the installation setup where I can make extension to extension calls which is all I need since this is an internal setup. Basically the next step which I need to do is actually setup the link between my MAS and my CM3.1. I have read most of the documentation, but can't seem to find out how this is actually done.
If anyone can point me in a direction to good docs, or a quick howto guide, right now I only have 4 phones setup, with extensions 1001-1005 and simply need these to have VM boxes as well would like to incorporate auto-attendant.

Any help would be appreciated.
