New install 5.0.7

Using Mylex Acceleraid 170 Raid Controller
Initial install-at boot prompt enter "link", then "mdac"
at package prompt. Install reads floppy and loads "Driver.o .text" and "Driver.o .data", then displays
"WARNING: Cannot open file Space.o". Note: have left out path description. Mylex last driver is for 5.0.5 and did not work. Is this file missing? Is my command wrong?

have u checked ur floppy on any other *nix m/c. it seems that either space.c is bad or missing

Have tried floppies made from SCO install CD on two different Windows m/c and one other Unix m/c-including making sure file resided on a different part of the floppy.
File is NOT specifically listed on the CD (including other drivers in the BTLD.img file.

have u cheked with lsilogic . it seems they have no of BIOS/Firmware updates. check which version is yours and could be some issue with version and driver support
