New in MySQL

Hello to all, my problem is when i run the mysqlAdmin..... (in the Bin Folder) says cannot find the JODBC. What i can do for this and when i try mysql\bin> mysql -u=root Mysql says Access denied fot root@localhost. What is this?

You dont have permissions to access the db. You need to create users and grant them permissions as to what they can do with the db...

Read the mnaual for more info on installation and start up
