I'm using CV9. I have to set up a report showing new hires within a date range. I'll need to prompt the user for a begin and an end date. I'm not sure how to tie this in with the ADJ_HIRE_DATE field. I would appreciate your suggestions. Thanks!

Sorry I asked my question too soon. I've figured out that I can do this by setting up a date range parameter and setting up select criteria on {?Date Range}.

No, How do I get the date range that the user selects to print on the report? Thanks!

To display the date range parameter, create two formulas;
BeginDate Minimum(DateRangeParm)
EndDate Maximum(DateRangeParm)

move these formula fields onto your report.
