New HDD for OCTEL 200 Serenade.4.0.0-2

One of our customer have an OCTEL 200 (Serenade) running s/w version S.4.0.0-2.
The HDD sounds like a Helicopter landing near you.(noisy!)
What diskettes (what levels/versions) are needed for a HDD rescuing operation (HDD swap).
I need to know the P/N numbers for the system software, english and danish prompts and the correct procedure (FI docs).

I found that I have the prompts diskettes, but not the s/w diskettes.
Danish: I/N 600-6443-002 DANI DE-V v 4A.
Eglish: I/N 600-6428-002 ENGL BR-V V 4A.

So now I just need the diskettes for S.4.0.0-2.
