Just as an FYI, the free tool I've been using for the past two years is called Parted Magic. This is a boot CD that works on most PC's I've tried it on. It loads in a linux environment that only requires you to use your mouse. The interface is also designed to look just like Partition Magic (hence the name).

EASEUS Partition Manager is certainly a dandy partition tool. The interface is as easy to use as Acronis 10 and just as reliable.
My 2800+ boots 98se/W2K/XPPro with 2 hdd's/5 partitions involved. The free EASUS did an outstanding job of resizing the 4 partitions that are used by 98se and W2K. It's also been instrumental in recovering from pooched Linux installs on other W2K and XP machines.
I have been using Vista Ultimate built in partition software, but when it failed to complete a change, I downloaded Easeus. I directed it to do the very same task and it completed it, no problem.
