Thanks for setting this new forum up....

Here in th UK the BCM is becoming very popular, Nortel are pushing this switch very hard.
i have fitted just 2 so far, and they were quite basic setups,, so no questions from me as yet....

Looking for some good input from this forum.I am looking at setting up BCM's in a VOIP environment. I've noticed some people posted problems in the other Nortel forum.

Hi All,

It is nice to see a BCM forum, I will be Project Managing BCM installations all across Europe and it would be great if you had some answers to faults if they arise,

I just went throught the BCM 3.6 Bootcamp, I think the BCM still has some issues, and the best place I see to use it is with an existing Norstar setup. From the little experience I have had with them I wouldn't recommend installing them in a new Phone environment, I think an option 11 does alot more with less trouble, but if a customer already has Norstar phones then the BCM is good, saving the cost of replacing the phones.

Thos of you that have a few in place, what do you think of them so far?
