New Font Problem in ReportNet

Hi,

I have installed(copied) new font (e.g. xyz.ttf) in 'C:\WINDOWS\Fonts' directory.

I have made the required changes in Cognos Configuration-global settings to efeect this font for ReportNet Reports.

When I create new report (say some text item), I can select the new font to format the text.

Problems:

1) The text has no effect of new font.
2) I have installed barcode font as well, even that is not taking any effect.

do I need to change any other settings Plz let me know the same.
