New firmware for IP sets on BCM 50 R2 1

How I can upload new firmware to my BCM 50 R2 and push it out to my IP phones? I see the "Force firmware download" button on the IP set properties, and that's great, but I can't find a way to get NEW firmware into the system, so that the NEW firmware is pushed to the sets.

I'm sure I'm missing something easy here... any suggestions?

New BCM firmware will be released as an update/patch to the system at irregular intervals. Even if you COULD upload the latest and greatest, if the system doesn't recognize it, it won't force it out to the phone.

Thanks. I'll keep an eye out for an upload package specific for the phone *and* the BCM 50.
