Hello all -

CR 9.2
DB2 UDB 9 on aix (back end)

Do I have to re-create the report every time I add the field from the table to the SP?

Is there any way to adjust the current report?

Thanks!

No.

Anytime you change the database or view -- not the underlying data, but the database itself such as adding or deleting fields, changing field lengths or data types, etc. -- you must perform a verify database is crystal in order for crystal to "see" these new changes.

Click on database, verify database and you will see the new fields.

If you hve changed any field names, you will be prompted to go through a field mapping process, but this is a one time thing, or at least until you change the database again.
