What are the chances that we can get an Echange category in the FAQs and move Exchange specific FAQs to it. I use Powershell a lot but never for Exchange scripting since I am not an Exchange Admin so I see a very clear delineation there.

I'd say that well over 90% of the FAQs will be for Exchange at the moment and that will obviously decrease over time as SQL and other Back Office apps come on board ready to use PS.

If you want a new category, you can create one now but moving them all over will require help from management.

And it looks like the "Management with Powershell" FAQ section is all Exchange and the one FAQ not in that section isn't Exchange.

Just to add my 2 cents, I think a lot of the Exchange related PowerShell scripts are currently going into the Exchange 2007 forum.

Like we have seen with Windows 2003, Exchange 2003 and VBScript I am sure that there will be cross posting related to this, however if making an FAQ I would advise sticking it in the forum for the specific product it is regarding. Eventually all MS products will support PowerShell so it might get unruly if such FAQs all were to go under PowerShell.

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,

Mark
