New Exchange Admin

Hello,

I have just been made the Exchange Admin for my company. I was wondering where would be a good place to start to gain more knowledge. I know the basics like creating accounts and DL's and such. But what do you suggest to get me a good overview on how Exchange works as a whole?

The 5.5 O'Reilly Book is excellent. Managing Microsoft Exchange Server by Paul Robichaux, ISBN 1565925459. Google the ISBN, or try Amazon for used copies - it should be possible to still track it down with a little bit of effort. You won't regret it.
