New Exchange 5.5-how to send and receive

Hi Forum.
I am setting up a new Exchange 5.5, a few years ago I setup up this but today i forgot the process.
I would like someone tell me the place to put information for exchange to work. I create the 'internet mail service' but dont know what information put on 'address space' and 'routing'. My domain is @xxxxxx.com.pe

I forgot to include the following: for access mail (receiving) I have to validate my login, my ISP gave me user accounts and passwords to gain mail, the Exchange 2003 opened port 110 and enter each mailbox, then load content and reroute to my own server.
I dont know in what place to put this information.
