Hello all
I have installed exch2010 server and tested a mailbox move.
I then tested sending from an exch03 MB to the one in exch2010 - OK
I then tried replying to that from exch2010 and it just stays in queue.
I ran exch troubleshooter etc and read a few things online. I saw that the hub transport accepted domains default is the .com domain (.lan is my internal)
I switched the default and tested - no good!
I tried adding the internal IP to smtp virtual server (exch03's) relay allowed IP's - No good!
I tried restarting exch2010 MS exch mail submission service - no difference!
I am just testing basic functionality inside the office
I am not sure what else to try

can someone help me?

thank you

First, you need to check whether the InterOP routing group connector (RGC) has been created automatically. Sometimes, when the installation is cancelled and restarted (especially, when you choose to use your previous answers) the RGC is not created, and you need to create it manually.

Do you see it in Exchange System Manager:

or in Exchange Management shell:
