New error since upgrading to BOXI Release 2... 1

We are getting the following error:

Error
An error occurred at the server : Your request was refused because you do not have the right 'Download files associated with the report' on report 'Report Name'. Please ask your system administrator to grant you this right

when a user tries to export to Crystal Report format from a Crystal Report so they can save it on their desktop in CR format. It appears I have to give each user the 'Download files associated with the report right'. Is there any way to make this right associated with all users or do I have to give this right on every report? I want all users to have this right. What is the quickest way to give this right? I cannot use the Everyone group as I have set that to No Access because each user is placed in one or more group...

You can set the group's rights to allow this in each folder, where needed - not needed to be set on each report in that folder..

If I go into the Advanced option I don't see a Right entitled: 'Download files associated with the report'. Is it called something else?

Have a look in the CMC under Business Objects Applications under Infoview to see if the download rights can be set for each group there.

Bessebo - it is in the Advanced Rights page of the CMC, under the "Report" section (which isn't visible by default so you'll need to expand it).
