New Email Maximize

I posted this on the E-mail board, but did not get any response. I was wondering if someone here could help. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

When I'm in Outlook Express and want to start a new email I click on "New Mail" and it always open in "Normal Window", which is a small window at the bottom of the screen. Is their any way to get it to open in Maximum?

Your New Mail windows always open in a small window but not in minimum, right?

If so, you can move your mouse to any corner of the "Normal Window" and the mouse will become a two-arrow thing. Then move the mouse outward and the window will be larger than before.

Close the OE and restart it, it maybe get right as you wish.

The same thing applys to Internet Explorer.
