New ELU28 install problem

Hello all, I am trying to add a digital board to our system and I'm using CNHUI to tell the system to look for the card, however when I search the card the system says it's assigned but not equipped, am I forgetting something??

not equipped / not assigned comes from SYEDP:BPOS=xx; command ?

in what BPOS did you put the card?


try doing a CNBIP:BPOS=xxx-xx-xx; (card position)

you must initiate digital extensions with KSEXI command.

you have to initiate digital extensions and as well you have to connect the digital telephones.

the ports which telephones have been connected will show equiped, and CNBIP command will show the revision, etc details
