New DTS connection Adds NO data

We have several DTS connections (one for each company) that add records into TempFile. But when I created new DTS for a new company, no records are added. When I change the Destination file say, New Table, it works. Also, if I use an existing DTS but change the table name to that of the new company, it also works.

Obviously, I'm new to DTS and any suggestion where to start looking for a solution to my problem is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
