New Drive - Job doesn't start!

I have had a new 4mm DAT drive installed after the last one failed.

However, the jobs now won't start! The DB pruning runs OK but the Back-up doesn't.

I have tried 'running-now' but no luck.
The drive will format and erase etc

HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

Hi,

Make sure that the Arcserve 'group' is the correct on - when a new device is installed, it creates an Arcserve group by default.

Many companies use thier own groups and, if they differ, the job will not start.

Safest way is simply to recreate the job from scratch.
