New Digital Card

Option 81: I'm familiar with programming digital sets on an existing Digital Card but I've never programmed a new card. When I insert the card in the next spare slot 4 0 4 the return is "XMI001 4 0 4 XDLC". When I do a stat 4 0 4 the return is CARD UNEQ so I know it's not seen. Do I enable the new card in LD 32 and what is the command?

it will go active once you build a TN on it. Build 4-0-4-0

or build a phone set on one of the ports
