might be a good question for a bell switch tech (me). i am not the guy that brings them to your building but i was 30 years ago. Chances are, because they said it was in your that it is a new did number and not a new did trunk or pri. if that is the case they sent it to your did trunk that you have today. i have 12 pri's, 240+ b channels, but i have 10000 did numbers pointing to them. if i wanted a new did BS would just point a new nxx toward my trunk group. if it's a new did trunk (analog) you will find a block with a orange cover in your switch room, or the location of your entry cable, if it's not orange or not tagged they have to come back and do both of those. if they come out and it is tagged, you will get a bill. if this is not enough info, reply with a couple of points, did you get a ckt new ckt number (90hdlc343434) or a new dn ro range on dn's or both. with that info i may be able to bo a little more help. ( if you have a new number(s) put one on your phone and call it.
