In Sql Server Management Studio (2005) ,if I right click on my databases folder in object explorer I can create a new database.

How do I create a new database inside my system databases folder?

You don't. That is for the SYSTEM databases. If you are creating a database, that's a USER database.

Why are you trying to create a database in the SYSTEM db folder?
