New CS1000 5.5 Install

I have to MGC cabinets and am trying to change the zone in ld 97 for the SUPL from 0 to 4 and it wont let me do it. I have configured zone 4 in ld 117, but I keep getting a SCH1550 error saying Input zone is not configured

Any thoughts on this???

Also my DSP on my MGC wont register??

Delete the DSPs and reprogram with the new zone. Are you doing this in Element manager. Much easier not to miss anything if you do.

Yes I was doing this in Element Manager...

Any thoughts of why the DSP wont register?

I have checked all the IP's like 10 times and they are good..

I have deleted the DSP but still cant change the zone on the superloop

Ended up reloading all the software again from scratch and the deplist etc... After that did a restart on the CS card and was able to enable dsp and get zone on superloop changed.
