New CPU doesn't show

I have added a second processor to a Windows 2003 server but it doesn't show in Windows could this be due to it having a single CPU HAL installed if so how can this be changed?

The CPU shows in the BIOS.

HAL needs updating via Device Manager. Simple process, follow this doc

I've sorted it now thanks it actually just took a couple of reboots.
